When Is the Best Time for Maternity Photos?

The ideal window for maternity photography is 28 to 34 weeks of pregnancy. At this stage your bump is beautifully round and most moms are still comfortable enough to enjoy the full experience. Every pregnancy is different, so we always recommend following your own energy levels as your guide.


STUDIO SESSIONS:

Our home-based studio in West Newton, Surrey is warm, private, and designed to make you feel completely at ease. For studio sessions we offer the large gown collection of 25 beautiful gowns available to borrow completely free, including flowing, fitted, and sheer styles in a wide range of colours. For moms who want something extra special, we also carry 10 premium fluffy gowns available for an additional $100 each. No other studio in Surrey or the surrounding area comes close to this selection. Partner and sibling participation is always welcome and included at no extra charge.


OUTDOOR SESSIONS:

Outdoor Maternity Sessions Across the Lower Mainland

For moms who love natural light and open settings, we also offer outdoor maternity sessions at beautiful locations across Surrey, Langley, and Vancouver. Popular locations include Crescent Beach, White Rock Beach, Bear Creek Park, and Tynehead Regional Park.

Outdoor sessions are typically booked in spring and summer for the best light and greenery. We will always reschedule outdoor sessions if weather does not cooperate — no stress, no lost deposits.

Is the hair and makeup included?

The hair and makeup are not included in our service and need to be done offsite.

Are we able to get/purchase more photos and add to the package?

You can purchase additional images or the entire set of unedited/raw galleries for your memory. We will share the details with you after the session.

Do we pay any deposit to confirm the booking?

Yes, for any package partial payment is taken when booking the session, and the balance need to clear on session day.

Who will be taking photos?

Gaurav is the one who take photos, guide you for posing.

What does retouching includes?

Skin smoothing, color correction, body slimming, background cleanup, stray hair fixes, teeth whitening, and minor face/body enhancements while keeping a natural look.

Who will select the pictures?

We’ll be sending you the preview gallery within 24 hours. Once you’ve had a chance to look through it, feel free to create your favourites list. Just send us a message once your list is ready, and we’ll take it from there!

Can my partner and children be in the photos?

Absolutely. Partner and sibling images are included at every maternity session at no extra charge.
